Do you need to speak English to become a Formula 1 star?

Alexandre Premat, interviewed in yesterday's Aujourdhui newspaper will be competing in today's Le Mans 24 Hours. He says, "When I see what Hamilton has done, I think I can do the same but Formula 1 is a business. Back in 2004, in the Toyota trials, the official word was that ' he was the best' but he didn't speak English well enough! Premat adds that he even missed out on a karting championship because his school grades weren't good enough... Moral of the story: Keep practicing your English if you want to be a racing star!
